The annual report for the 2021-22 fiscal year has been released by the New York Wine and Grape Foundation.
Sam Filler, Executive Director, said that by the end of the 2020 calendar year, the grape and wine industry emerged stronger due to the pandemic. The pandemic was able to accelerate new business practices and consumer appreciation for the industry.
Financial commitment from the state was able to help the Wine and Grape Foundation support the industry when needed.
