The sale is contingent on rezoning. Plans for the property include condos, a five-story hotel, and restaurant with craft brewery.
A smaller, more modern, practical facility will be the next home of the Geneva Legion. They expect to move forward with their relocation soon. Mosher believes this is the best case scenario for everyone involved- the Legion, City of Geneva, and local economy- adding to a prime location.
