Tyree Anglin, one of the 4 people involved in the murder of Joshua Poole in November of 2019, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter on Tuesday.
Anglin, 21, admitted that the murder was the result of a robbery gone wrong.
8 Delevan Street, the property considered to be the worst nuisance property in the city, was the location of the murder.
Gage Ashley and Lucciano Spagnola, the alleged shooters, will be going to trial August 16.
Anglin will be sentenced when their trial is over.
