Deputies report the arrest of a Lyons woman on a number of charges- including identity theft after an investigation last week.
Korinn Deary, of Lyons was charged with petit larceny, grand larceny, and identity theft after stealing a debit card- and withdrawing $500 from the account earlier this month.
She was taken into custody without incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
