Deputies arrested a Sodus woman for DWI after a traffic complaint in the village of Sodus Point and traffic stop around 12:50 a.m. in the town of Sodus.
Kelly Roder, 26, was located and stopped by deputies after a complaint of an erratic driver. Upon investigation she was located and stopped- which resulted in deputies performing field sobriety tests.
She was placed under arrest and found to have a BAC of 0.12%.
She was issued appearance tickets for DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and failure to keep right.
