Deputies: Lyons man taken into custody again after skipping court on weapons charge

Deputies say a Lyons man was taken into custody a second time on a weapons charge after failing to appear in local court earlier this month.

A warrant was issued for Michael Cline’s arrest after he failed to appear on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

He was arrested in May for illegally possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony charge.

He was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
