Sheriff Kevin Henderson reports the arrest of a 23-year-old Canandaigua man following an investigation into stolen radio equipment and books from a town of Seneca home.
According to Henderson, Dylan Bartmann, 23, of Canandaigua was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, as a felony, following the investigation into stolen radio equipment and books.
He says that more than $3,00 worth of equipment was recovered during the investigation. Those items had been reported stolen in December 2019.
After arraignment Bartmann was returned to the Ontario County Jail, as he remains incarcerated related to a separate sentence.
