Deputies say a vehicle and traffic complaint led to an arrest after a traffic stop in the town of Savannah.
Trevor Gardner, 30, of Wolcott was found unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle by deputies.
He was taken into custody and a blood sample was secured finding that he was operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs.
As result he was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while ability impaired by drugs combination, and parking on a public highway.
He was processed and released, according to deputies, who say he was taken into custody without incident.
