A workshop in Dundee will be hosted to focus on the challenges of expressing joy and gratitude, especially in poetry, during a socially and politically driven time.
There will be three weekend sessions and it will be at Cobblestone Springs, 4306 Lakemont Himrod Road.
The teacher is Barbara Regenspan, a Professor of Educational Studies, Emerita, at Colgate University. She focused on social justice and existentialist philosophy. She is a successful published author and her first volume of poetry will be released in 2022 by Cayuga Lake Books.
Participants will focus on poetry and prose, writing their own, and have access to the grounds during the weekend.

Friday, July 9:
6:30 – 8 p.m. Before and after this evening session there will be a snack and beverages.
Saturday, July 10:
11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Continental breakfast will be provided for overnight guests. Salad and sandwich lunch for all attendees. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Dinner will be on your own; a list of local places to dine will be provided.
Sunday, July 11:
11 a.m. -1 p.m. Continental breakfast will be provided for overnight guests. Salad and sandwich lunch for all attendees. Vegan and Gluten-free options will be available.
The costs are $25 per sessions with three sessions over the course of one weekend. Overnight accommodations are available for $45 per night with the program registration.
