Deputies say a Fairport man was taken into custody at the Longhorn Steakhouse on State Route 96 in Victor on Monday after a domestic incident on June 18.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Kenneth Jordan Jr., 35, of Fairport was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief after being taken into custody.
He’s accused of damaging $1,218 worth of property and violating a court order, which had been issued out of Gates Town Court. During that incident he’s accused of hitting the protected party.
Jordan was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and will answer the charges in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
