Police say a Penn Yan man faces an array of charges after officers found a large amount of methamphetamine inside his vehicle.
Tino Rivas, 48, was stopped by police on Tuesday after being spotted by an officer who had knowledge that he didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
When Rivas was stopped on Main Street, he got out of his car and started to vomit on the side of the road.
He was placed through a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed, according to officers. A check of his licensed verified that it had five revocations.
He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, as well as criminal possession of a controlled substance. Other charges are pending.
