Walmart is settling a lawsuit filed by an employee at its Geneva store.
The sexual harassment suit, which was filed by a worker in 2019 claimed a male associate made sexual comments to her- and solicited her for sex over a four year period.
The suit also claimed that store management ignored her complaints and those made by other female associates at the store.
The settlement is worth $410,000 and was announced by the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission.
