Early voting for primary elections began on Saturday morning for most of New York State.
Syracuse Community Connection saw a smaller turnout than for the presidential primary, but is expecting more participation in the coming week.
In order to vote in a party’s primary, the voter must be a registered member to that political party. The voter must also live in the city, town or district the election applies to.
