An Auburn duo have been arrested and charged with child sex crimes.
Christian Rivera, 36, and Amanda Spagnola, 37, have been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child.
Rivera is one of four people charged in the murder of Joshua Poole, an Auburn resident who was killed at a Delevan Street residence in 2019.
He was indicted a year after the homicide and is accused of planning the robbery- as well as providing the weapons used in the robbery.
The promoting a sexual performance by a child charges will be answered at a later date.
