The 12U Syracuse Jr. Chiefs Travel Baseball Team bring home the Championship Trophy all the way from Philadelphia, PA. The 12U Jr. Chiefs traveled to the Maplezone Sports Institute (MSI) Village, located just outside of Philadelphia, on June 4-6 to compete with teams from New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New York. The 12U Jr. Chiefs went undefeated in 90+ degree weather on turf fields while outscoring their opponents 42 to 7 to capture the 10-team MSI Top Dog Tournament Championship.
The 12U Jr. Chiefs are made of 12 talented players that are 12-yrs-old & under and travel to competitive tournaments throughout the East Coast culminating in their participation in the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tourney. Their journey began back in mid-November to practice indoors at the Perfect Practice Training Facility for 20 straight weeks then continuing their preparation outside when the practice fields were accommodating. “So so proud of these players and want to thank all the siblings and parents that travel every week to support their son, brother, and the Jr. Chiefs.” said Mike DiPaulo, Head Coach.
Perfect Practice, LLC is the Premier Baseball & Softball Training Facility in Central New York and is the home of the Jr. Chiefs’ 9U to 16U Travel Program.
