Deputies say a Williamson man was taken into custody on a number of charges after an incident on Wednesday around 8 a.m.
Fernando Armendariz, a Williamson resident is accused of throwing a rock at the victim’s vehicle causing damage during that incident- described as a domestic.
When officers arrived and were taking Armendariz into custody- he resisted arrest.
Deputies say he was charged with criminal mischief and resisting arrest. The charges will be answered at a later date.
