Leaders in Seneca County are looking for ways to spend $6.6 million dollars.
That is the amount the county received from the American Recovery Act which was approved by Congress and the president this year. Half has been sent and the rest will come next year.
Mitch Rowe, Seneca County Manager, has proposed setting up a working group to help come up with the best use of the money.
The hope is to help municipalities with making up for lost revenues during the pandemic.
