Police: Driver faces felony charges after traffic stop in Seneca Falls

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Rexford man on felony charges after a traffic stop.

Ryan Thomson, 31, of Rexford, New York- who had a previous DWI conviction- was charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated DWI, and cited on a number of other offenses after a traffic stop on Rt. 414.


Police say it happened around 11:10 p.m. on Monday.

During that traffic stop it was found that Thomson was intoxicated, had an open container, and a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
