Deputies report the arrest of a Lyons man on burglary charges after an investigation into an incident that happened on Sunday.
Marquest Horton, 18, was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny following an investigation into an incident that happened in the town of Lyons.
He’s accused of stealing a mattress from inside an apartment on Franklin St.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charges at a later date.
