Police say a Seneca Falls teen was taken into custody after a personal injury crash on May 24.
According to a news release by the Seneca Falls Police Department Jacob Best, 19, was operating a vehicle alone and without the consent of the owner- while holding only a learner’s permit.
Best lost control of the vehicle and crashed into an embankment off the side of the roadway.
He was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, ans speed not reasonable.
He was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
