On Saturday around 9:39 a.m. police in Seneca Falls arrested Robert D. Schwartz, 43, following a domestic dispute.
Police responded to a residence after a third party called 911 reporting the fight. During the investigation it was determined that a physical altercation occurred between Schwartz and the victim.
After being taken into custody Schwartz was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful imprisonment, reckless endangerment, assault, harassment, and possession of a controlled substance in non-original container.
Schwartz was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. He will be due back in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
