One person was charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in Seneca Falls over the weekend.
On Saturday around 2:33 a.m. police arrested William A. Richmond-Sabol, 32, of Interlaken for failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, and driving with .08 of 1% or more of alcohol.
Richmond-Sabol was stopped for a traffic violation on West Bayard Street and during the traffic stop, it was determined that he was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Police say he was arrested and released on an appearance ticket and is due to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on a later date.
