Police: One hospitalized, no tickets issued after car-pedestrian crash in Seneca Falls

On Saturday around 5:40 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department responded to a car vs. pedestrian accident on Fall St.

Police say Robert Dwello, 46, of Waterloo was traveling in his vehicle on Fall St. when a juvenile male ran into the roadway and collided with the side of the moving car.


The minor sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Police say no tickets were issued to the driver of the vehicle. The minor was reported to not be using a crosswalk when the accident occurred.

The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted at the scene by the Seneca Falls Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
