Deputies report the arrest of two people following a domestic incident in the village of Palmyra.
Deputies arrested Raymond Ferran, 63, of Canandaigua, and Jennel Frere, 44, of Rochester after officers were called to the area of 634 East Main St. for the report of a male who was observed striking and pulling the hair of a female.
Deputies were able to determine that a verbal argument took place regarding custody of Frere’s 10-year-old son. The argument escalated- then turned physical. Both were charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.
Ferran and Frere were transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and will answer the charges at a later date.
