The New York State Office for the Aging announced a partnership with The Association on Aging in New York and GetSetUp, which will allow 50,000 classes for older adults.
The GetSetUp curriculum and community are designed to decrease social isolation and promote independence through live, interactive classes and online connectivity with more than 650,000 older adult learners from more than 160 countries.
There are four categories including Digital Divide and Connectivity, Physical Health, Mental Health, and Social Health.
There are more than 40 classes available each week day. Over the weekend there are 10 classes offered each.
