The sudden passing of a student at the Auburn High School prompted a crisis team to be on-hand for other students and faculty.
The announcement came by school officials, who did not release any more information about the circumstances leading to the student’s passing.
“Our whole school community is just devastated,” Superintendent Jeff Pirozzolo said. “Our thoughts and prayers go out to the student’s family and friends.”
The crisis team is expected to remain on-site and available for students in the coming days.
