Authorities say multiple agencies took part in an investigation, which led to the arrest of a Buffalo man, who’s accused of coercing minors in Yates County.
Jameel Collins faces three felony counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, as well as three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Collins is accused of using social media to coerce minors in Yates County to send him images and videos, which included sexual conduct.
He was arraigned and pleaded not guilty. At this point, he’s being held at the Yates County Jail.
The Penn Yan Police Department, New York State Police, and FBI are continuing an investigation.
