The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Romulus man following a property damage crash on Kingdom Rd.
Desmond Lawton, 30, of Romulus was traveling north on Kingdom Rd. when a deer ran in front of his vehicle.
He struck the deer and caused damaged to the vehicle.
Through investigation by police it was determined that he was operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Lawton was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI- having a BAC over 0.18%, according to police.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
