The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Wolcott man for forcible touching after an investigation.
William Wright, 40, of Wolcott was charged with forcible touching after an investigation into an incident in which he grabbed a woman from behind- then touched her breast.
Deputies say that the victim told Wright to stop, but he did not.
He was also charged in a domestic incident, where he shoved his mother from behind causing her to fear for her life during an argument.
The two incidents were separate, according to deputies, who say that Wright was charged with harassment after that incident.
