Deputies arrested a Williamson man on a number of charges including DWI after investigation of an erratic driver complaint on State Rt. 104.
Deputies say Ryan Datthyn, 28, was arrested after he was found in his vehicle at a gas station along Rt. 104.
Deputies say he failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of 0.19%.
Datthyn was charged with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and aggravated DWI.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
