The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following an investigation on Geneva St. in Lyons.
Deputies arrested Marquest Horton, 18, after illegally possessing a handgun.
The 18-year-old was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
He was arraigned and will answer the charge in local court at a later date.
