The No. 3 Syracuse women’s lacrosse team lost its second game of the season – and first to a lower-ranked opponent – to No. 4 Boston College, 14-13, on Thursday at the Carrier Dome. An Eagles’ goal with 65 seconds remaining while on a man advantage sealed the win for Boston College.
Megan Carney, Sam Swart, and Emma Ward each tallied hat tricks to lead the Orange offense. Emily Ehle dished out a team-best two assists while Swart and Ward tied for the team-lead in points with four apiece.
