Police: No injuries, driver ticketed after two-car crash in Seneca Falls

On April 21 police responded to the intersection of State Rt. 414 and Balsley Rd. for the report of a motor vehicle crash.

Upon arrival, the intersection was block and northbound traffic on Rt. 414 was shut down temporarily while the vehicles were removed.

No injuries were reported and both vehicles involved had to be towed from the scene.

Investigation determined that one of the drivers had a suspended license. That driver was identified as 42-year-old Meldon Geathers, of Rochester, who was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

The charge will be answered at a later date. New York State Police and the Seneca Falls Fire Department assisted at the scene.
