Police report the arrest of a 31-year-old Newark woman following an investigation at the Waterloo Walmart store.
Alicia Sigl, 31, was charged with one count of felony burglary, as well as one count of petit larceny.
Sigl is accused of entering the store after having trespassed in a previous incident.
She was transported to the Seneca County Jail for arraignment.
