Waterloo man charged with contempt after repeatedly interrupting court in Penn Yan

A Waterloo man was taken into custody on Monday after interrupting court in Yates County.

According to authorities in Yates County, Lorenzo Marin, of Waterloo was asked several times to not interrupt court in Penn Yan.


However, after being asked to not interrupt the session several times- he continued doing so.

As result, Marin was charged with criminal contempt and will answer the charge at a later date.
