Police say a Seneca Falls man faces a number of charges in the city of Auburn after being spotted illegally driving a Honda motorcycle on Delevan St.
Police say they witnessed Paul Bovee, 33, of Seneca Falls drive onto Genesee St., then continue west- avoiding the intersection with Columbus St. by cutting through a parking lot.
That’s when Bovee continued to weave between the street and sidewalk before stopping for police.
He’s accused of resisting arrest after it was determined that his license was suspended. He possessed a drug that police believed was ‘Molly’.
Bovee was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, resisting arrest, and possession of a dangerous drug or substance.
The vehicle was impounded.
