Police in the village of Bath say a 33-year-old was taken into custody on multiple felony charges after a drug investigation.
Brentin Austin, 33, of Bath was arrested as part of a sealed indictment, accusing him of two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
All of the charges are felonies.
Police say he sold crystal meth from his apartment in the village of Bath.
The investigation involved the Steuben County DA’s office, Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Corning Police Department, and the Bath Police.
