Former New York State Assemblyman Brian Kolb will have another court appearance on May 6.
The Democrat & Chronicle reported that his hearing, which was originally scheduled for October 2020, was moved to May due to COVID-19 concerns.
He crashed his state-owned SUV into a ditch near his home in late-2019.
Kolb pleaded not guilty in January 2020.
