Deputies say a Waterloo man was taken into custody in Wayne County after he failed to show up for incarceration earlier this year.
Robert Law Jr., 38, of Waterloo was arrested on a family court warrant, which was issued after he failed to show up for the Wayne County Jail for incarceration in January.
He was taken into custody without incident and will answer the charge at a later date.
