Fans coming to see the Syracuse Mets in person this season will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test before entering the stadium.
For vaccinations to be valid, you must have received your second dose (or the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine) at least two weeks before the event.
COVID-19 PCR tests must be dated within 72 hours of the event. Antigen tests must be dated within six hours of the event.
Tickets for the 2021 season will be sold on a monthly basis, due to possible changes in COVID-19 regulations. You can purchase tickets in the following ways:
- In-person at the Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Over the phone at 315-474-7833 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Tickets for the month of May will go on sale Tuesday, April 20 at 10 a.m.
To comply with state regulations, capacity at NBT Bank Stadium will be limited to 20%, or 2,163 fans.
