Deputies arrested a Bloomfield man following an investigation into a suspicious condition in Macedon.
Joel Witman, 30, of Bloomfield was charged with DWAI drugs and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration after being found slumped over the steering wheel of a running vehicle.
He was found to have operated the vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
