Deputies arrested a 32-year-old following an investigation into a property damage incident.
On March 14 deputies arrested Steven Downey, 32, of Interlaken for trespassing and criminal mischief.
He’s accused of being on a neighbor’s property unlawfully and intentionally damaging part of it.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
