If you’re a frequent listener of 96.5 WCMF Dave Kane’s voice is a familiar one.
The New York City-native, who made his radio home Rochester, New York for the last 40 years announced this week that he will hang up the headphones.
His final show will be Friday. He’s hosted the mid-day block for many years, and is known on-air as Kane-O.
It’s possible that Kane will continue hosting special shows- and weekend Beatles programming.
