Police say a Geneva man was arrested on a felony count of DWI after first responders were called to a rollover crash in the city of Canandaigua.
It happened on Saltonstall St., according to police, who said that Jose Lopez, 50, of Geneva was operating in an intoxicated condition.
Police say the crash happened on March 16.
As result, he was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
