The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 49-year-old Waterloo resident following a larceny at the Walmart Supercenter on North Rd.
Amy Weeman, 49, of Waterloo was observed by an employee passing all points of sale with merchandise without attempting to purchase it.
She had previously been banned from all Walmart properties following a separate larceny in 2016. She was charged with third-degree burglary as result.
It’s a felony charge, and police said that Weeman was also charged with a misdemeanor count of petit larceny and possession of burglar’s tools.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
