A Lyons man faces an attempted murder charge after being taken into custody by federal officials.
Dylan Goodman, 24, was arrested by state police and U.S. Marshals fugitive task force for a warrant out of Chemung County.
He faces the attempted murder charge, as well as robbery, burglary, criminal use of a firearm, and criminal possession of a weapon.
The charges stem from a home invasion that happened on January 17 in Elmira. One person was found with a gunshot wound in the incident.
He’s being held at the Chemung County Jail.
