There’s been an update to the hate crime investigation that began in mid-October, according to the Ithaca Police Department.
Police say that on Thursday Anthony Dillon, 32, of Ithaca was arraigned in City Court on three separate counts of criminal mischief as a hate crime and one count of criminal mischief.
Dillon was charged for acts committed in October 2020, in which local businesses had their property damaged with anti-Semitic vandalism.
Dillon was arraigned and released. The charges will be answered at a later date.
