Police arrested a 29-year-old Geneva man on a felony strangulation charge after a domestic incident.
It happened on March 19 when Chrishawn Howard, 29, of Geneva was taken into custody for a felony strangulation charge.
He’s accused of applying pressure to the neck of a female victim, causing swelling, abrasions, and pain.
The extent of her injuries beyond that were not released by police.
Howard will answer the charges at a later date.
