The Wayne County Board of Supervisors will have its first new clerk in 16 years.
Kelley Patchen-Loveless, 45, will succeed Sandy Salone, who has served in that role to date.
The appointment was approved on Tuesday. She will be paid $53,051 per year. The position is reappointed every year.
Previously Patchen-Loveless served as the county administrator’s confidential secretary, according to the Finger Lakes Times.
