Following an investigation involving three local law enforcement agencies- a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody on felony charges.
John Bulawa, 32, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, burglary, and grand larceny- as felonies, according to police.
They said in a press release that a search warrant was executed on March 10 at Rebound Physical Therapy on W. Bayard St., where nearly $20,000 worth of stolen medical equipment was recovered.
The equipment was reported stolen from rehabilitation centers in Syracuse and Waterloo between September and December of 2020.
The Seneca Falls Police Department, Waterloo Police Department, and Syracuse Police Department were all involved in the investigation.
Bulawa was taken into custody around 2 p.m. on Thursday and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment.
